1. The defining moment!
This is where it all starts - the defining of what you and your business needs. We'll sit down with you and discuss what you're doing, and more importantly where you're heading and how we can help you arrive there.
For example, you may need a new website and we will come up with exciting and creative ways to give your business exposure and drive traffic to your website - to create a real buzz! Once we all understand and are in agreement then we can move on to the planning of how the project will be delivered.
2. Thinking caps on!
This is where a number of processes come alive! Firstly we need to quantify the project in terms of objectives, deliverables and cost. We will then meet with our creatives, developers and production team and come back to you with a full proposal.
However, before moving forward with any project, you will always see some initial thinking and a variety of concepts, these are produced as part of our process. If you don't like what you see, there is no cost incurred.
3. The creative techie bit!
If we've arrived here, then everything is going very well and our creatives or developers are starting the project, everything has been agreed prior and we're about to kick off, pens and mouses are at the ready.
Throughout this stage you will be kept up to date with progress by your project manager and will have access to our systems and be able to view progress happening live. There will be meetings when milestones are meet to ensure everyone is on the same page.
4. The "Ta-Daaa" bit
After weeks of planning, creativity, conversations, site maps, wireframes and revisions we're ready to launch to the masses, whether it's a rebrand, website going live or a new and exciting marketing project, this is when we release it to the world!
Everything is ready to roll and has now been completed, everyone's happy with the project ... All the hard work finally comes together at this moment!
5. So the relationship blossoms
We feel this is the most valued aspect of what we do - to continue our conversations with our clients to monitor, manage and continually improve and enhance their business, we all love this bit, we will be continually coming up with ideas and new ways to keep your business in the Zone!
